Extruded Plastic Profiles & Tubes

Tell us your needs, we will give you satisfactory service

Your Troubles

Are you facing such challenge or problem and want to find a solution for?
Products need to be manufactured into special shapes
The length of the product is too long to be machined
Products need to be molded
Products need to be customized with special colors
Products need to be customized with high order quantity
Long time to mold and customize products

What we can do

We are happy to help ! Contact us and our profile extrusion team will provide you with solutions.

From idea, material selection, product design, product tooling, plastic color matching and product extrusion, all are done by our factory. Relying on our modern RAM extrusion line, we are able to mold profiles with various complex geometric surfaces, and can provide customers with complete product assembly and production in combination with injection molding process and post-processing. Both thermoplastics and thermosets plastics can be extruded. You will benefit from the high quality of our standard and non-standard profiles, as well as from the production of technically complex special profiles/custom profiles within the agreed time frame. You will also receive our high quality standards in terms of materials, production and service.

Plastic Co-extruding & Multiple extruding

04

Some plastic products require more performance than individual extrusion can provide. In these cases, co-extrusion is an option. Co-extrusion is the process of simultaneously extruding two plastics through the same tooling, with the two layers melting under the influence of heat.

Co-extrusion is a complex process that places high demands on the machinery and the amount of material used from both sources. The benefit, however, is that a single plastic profile can have many properties. Examples include rigid sides for montages and softer plastic types for airtight seals.

For some complex cases, even triple and quadruple extrusion is required.

The most common types of co-extruded plastics available today are polyethylene (PE), polypropylene, polycarbonate, acrylic, polystyrene, PVC (polyvinyl chloride), ABS (acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene), and TPE (thermoplastic elastomer).
