Conductive POM-C Acetal Sheet

The Conductive POM ACETAL sheet is modified by adding conductive carbon black to the POM-C material. The addition of carbon black can produce consistent electrical conductivity, surface resistivity between 103-105 Ω/sq, and stable electrical conductivity, this material has good wear resistance and mechanical properties, high strength and tensile strength, high hardness, and excellent chemical resistance. Widely used in the semiconductor and electronic manufacturing equipment industry, excellent electrical properties protect electronic equipment from electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage. The working temperature is -40-100℃.

Conductive POM-C Acetal Characteristics
Materials Advantages:
1. Good wear resistance, high rigidity, high hardness
2. Good mechanical properties, does not crack during processing
3. Good self-lubricating properties
4. Non-absorbent, stable dimension
5. High creep resistance, Good fatigue resistance
6. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss only changed a little when working in a wide frequency and temperature range , it maintained a good arc resistance.

Materials disadvantages:
No acid-resisting, especially no resistance fro mineral acid, and no UV resistance, and un flame-retardant.
